2025 Heavy Harmonies Donation Drive Update
Nov. 24, 2025: Almost half way through the annual donation drive and we're
at almost 50% of the goal of covering site expenses for 2026. Most regulars
have already donated, so now it's up to everyone else. Costs
are up this year, no thanks to an unexpected forum move, which incurred additional expenses.
The drive will run through the end of the year, details over on the Heavy Harmonies Forum.
Every donation helps, no matter how small. If you can't afford $20 for the
year, give $10. If you can't afford $10, give $5. It's just once a year and
keeps the lights on.

The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies
as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live
compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. Please only submit official
CD releases; no bootlegs or cassette-only or LP-only releases.
EPs and CD-singles from REO Speedwagon are also welcome to be added, as
long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

| What a rip off! Sony's Legacy label decided they were pissed Gary Richrath put out a solo CD in 1992 called "Only The Strong Survive," so they decided to copy it. The release of this stinker created such an uproar over stealing Gary's stuff, this album was eventually recalled. It's nothing more than REO's hits with artwork that didn't make the Nine Lives cover.

| Sony has been, is, or is going to be sued by many. This is a good example of execs trying to squeeze another dollar.
