| By far, this is the very best album REO Speedwagon ever recorded. The current reincarnation of REO Speedwagon (ie, Kevin Cronin and the Cronettes) tried to recapture the excitement of this disc in 2001 by making 3 recordings of a show in St Louis Missouri, but it utterly failed. Don't buy their current trash. This album gets an A++++.

| I agree, Phil, this was the best album REO would ever make.An awesome live album!Hard to believe that this same REO were going to sellout so bad just two albums later.If you liked the syrupy sweet, vomit-inducing,corporate sellout excrement known as High Infidelity, then this one is not for you. This was an REO that loved to jam, and jam they did. This is not the same band that produced the ABBA-like toliet-turtles that were soon to follow. If you like hard rockin' party jams,this is a great one

| Great piece of work. Guitar work is phenominal. This is what early FM radio played, what we cruised to, what we listened on the way to school, etc. Buy this for your collection.

| The one pre Nine Lives album that shines....the songs come alive ...live (Duh!). On par with some of the great live albums and somewhat overlooked. Son of a Poor Man, Ridin' the Storm Out and Golden County for me are the standouts.

| This was REO at their best and is still one of THE live albums to own. All songs here will no doubt be well known, but of course mention goes to 'Ridin the Storm Out'..one of my all time favs, and the guitar at the beginning of 'Golden Country' is awesome..and the song, well it's a classic. Gary Richrath excells on the geetar as usual - an all round blinder!!!!!

| I always enjoyed this release. Many great early songs, mixed with some new ones as well. The band was well rehearsed, and had been playing for some time on the road and it shows well on this live recording. Gary Richrath is an exceptional guitarist! He was a HUGE part of REO, from the beginning. Great songs throughout, Golden Country, 157 Riverside and, of course, Ridin' The Storm Out are all long time faves!

| ONE OF THE GREATEST TOP 10 LIVE ALBUMS EVER. LISTEN AND THEY WILL CHILL YOUR SPINE. LOTS OF ENERGY ON THIS ONE. FUN TO SEE LIVE. KEVIN JOINING THE BAND WAS HISTORICAL HE,S STILL THERE.

Brilliant live album!!!...very enthusiastic indeed  ..."Son Of A Poor Man" is my fave...some other fine moments are # 1,2,5,8.9(good instrumental),11,12,13,14 & 15...enjoyable stuff from head to toes.89/100

| The PERFECT REO album bar none, and it's LIVE. Everyone shines on this. Kevin brings new life to songs departed members of the band originally sang. Gary does some of his best guitar work ever here.
