Let's face it: this fat fuck can really belt out a tune, and the tunes he has done are really memorable. Of course, to say you like Meatloaf makes you a certain kind of uncool, but denial will only get you so far, my friend. A big serving of Meatloaf like this 2CD set is probably as much "ground beast" as you'll ever need. |

Just bought the new Meat Loaf. Sure he is pompous, and 'old fashioned' but then again, who isnt that in the rock genre. He has an awesome voice. The new cd comes with a DVD bonus, its really cool. Some of the tracks are hardrockers. 3 tracks are written by Nikki Sixx. |

Meat Loaf is absolutely amazing and have created alot of amazing songs (with good help from Steinman of course). Not many of his albums are good altrough but for a collection or live you cant go wrong. Stunning! This compilations big minus is this fucking remastering devilish invention! Why destroy all dynamic in good old music with this remastering shit!? |
