Great powerful melodic rock. Like a more melodic AC/DC but with better vocals.

From: purrfect-kat Date: October 2, 2002 at 13:37
I bought this cd for $15 and after one listen to it . . I had it traded and on a plane to Nevada within 48 hours so that should say it all.

Sorry, these guys sound nothing like AC/DC in my opinion. The singer sounds like Klaus Mein of the Scorpions. The axemanship is reminicent of Dokken with hints of Vai, Norum, Malmsteen, Petrucci, and Jabs. The keys are mostly like Dream Theater. I can't say what the production is like on the regular issue since mine is Japanese and of course sounds great. Overall this group is similar to the Scorps (mostly the ballads). I give it a 9.0.

The music does wander a bit and shows little aggression which is why I don't rate it higher. The background vocals are pretty good though.

Hi Gentlemen, thanx for your support. I´m the songwriter and producer of the album. The album was produced in the beginning of the ´92 / ´93. We did have a little support by Herman Frank ex Victrory / ex Accept. It was a low cost studio near Prague Czech Republic. The album made good sales in Japan. We did not have any marketing or PR. The band played only in the Czech. The band is Czech / German. A lot of radio stations played songs of,- hell knows how they did get the album .

must say i thought this lot were from germany.not the best vocals you'll hear.but i do like this cd.worth checking out.

From: Geoff Date: January 4, 2005 at 5:40
Like the above post says, I thought these guys were German too. Musically these guys are excellent - sort of like a heavier prime Bonfire, but to be honest I'm still not sure to this day whether the lyrics are in English or not. Some clearly are, but others have such a strong accent that I am not sure. Don't get me wrong, I think this is a very very good slab of melodic hard rock with some killer songs, but I guess some clearer vocals would have been nice. Very good CD though.

This CD is very average at best. Mac Beth is a poor man's answer to the Scorpions. The vocalist has a heavy accent, but on the bright side the guitars are great. There are a few fillers and some of the songs are not very memorable. The best song out of the lot is the Scorpions sounding Pride Of Science. I rate this 5/10 and that's for Pride of Science and the guitar player.

Wooooooow, this is horrible. What a bad singer, almost as bad as the guy from Axxis. I have to agree purrfact kat, hands off!!!

From: z4roxx Date: March 23, 2007 at 11:49
Agree with Geoff here but after another more listening.I did consider this one weak and a little anonimous but....It's a good one!Personally I don't like very much the singer but his voice is Ok in the contest...I think this cd needs an 8 out of 10.

From: metalmajo Date: January 3, 2010 at 0:43
