Not his best work. A more poppy approach on this one. 50% of the disc is ballads. "believe in magic" is almost a dance/disco song. The rest is oke/good aor.6/10

This is bloody awful. I've never been a fan as despite always having quality material to work with - top outside songwriters a-plenty on his albums - it never translates to catchy songs. "Canada" was a decent CD, "2000" was weak, and this is terrible. Ultra-lite AOR with some hints at other musical styles, but it's the songs themselves that are the biggest culprits. Tuneless and hook-less, with "Heart of America" being the best tune by far. AVOID. 3/10.

This guy blew it big time with this release. His work with Karo (Heavy Birthday), and his own 'Canada' release were brilliant. 2000! was a big disappointment by the standards he had set, and this was the last nail in the coffin. Very laid back Acoustic rock/pop, not the catchy AOR he was renowned for. Sad but true. 2/10.

"Love Is The Answer" Súper-Temazo Mi Favorita. Bueno y Recomendado. 8/10

Excellent album comprised of mostly mid tempos and softies but also with some good up tempo AOR/Hi-Tech AOR ones here and there ..."Love Is The Answer"(a killer nice song),"In The Rain","Desperado"(nice),"One-Woman Man","No One Loves You More Than I"(nice),"Believe In Magic"(powerful Hi-Tech AOR beat),"Be Mine Tonight" & "Heart Of America"(classic Dan Lucas song) are my faves...recommended...90/100

Like his '2000!'-album, this is not bad, but not exceptional either. Songs in the middle of the road and melodic enough, but far from noteworthy.

gotta agree with Rick: there are some killer ballads on here. I'm a sucker for a great love song. I love 7 songs, they are: 2. Love Is The Answer 4:49 3. Please Don't Ever Try To Change Me 4:05 4. In The Rain 3:41 6. One-Woman Man 3:50 8. No One Loves You More Than I 4:03 10. Face Another Day 4:22 11. You're My Life
