This release is nothing short of FANTASTIC! At first I was a little leary that this was going to be another Journey Clone release..But Nope! Nothing like the first Tall Stories release. Much better! This CD rocks! Augeri's voice sounds awesome as ever and he rocks, This release indicates just how versitile Augeri's voice is. No Journey clone here. This release has it's own identity, and should be in the top releases of this year. My question to others is. Was this release recently recorded or was it taken from the vaults and remastered? I still can't understand why Augeri left Journey? 9/10 |

Wow is this bad! I'm probably not the best person to review these guys as I really believe their debut sucked dogs balls. Seriously, cannot see the appeal of that album and if anything, this is even worse. I was truly hating everything I was hearing, but I do admit 'Stay' had a nice chorus. The rest of this album is pure garbage, though. |

Average or worse 77/100 I think 1st song "tomorrow" is a beautiful track ! Then it start to be less interesting and it's coming downhill even if AUGERI's voice is perfect on this recording ! The LED ZEP influence is obvious on some tracks but it's not always a good point ! The similarities in the flat rhythms and the raw feel can be the low point of that release ESPECIALLY if you are searching for a 80's AOR cd ! For my part i'm not really conviced even if i was not expecting something as "good" after their very bad performance at FIREFEST ! mixed feelings once more |

good release by TALL STORIES !of course once again they have their own personal sound:sometimes hard, classic, blues ...etc.the structure of the songs is complicated and you need a few spins before you come to conclusion.many good songs like "all of the world","superman","no justice".i was lucky enuff to catch them live in FIREFEST and i must tell you that it was such a classy hard rock performance! |
