I'll say it: this one is bizarre. A classic rock sound with ripping guitars, yet some off-the-wall keyboards and samples thrown into the mix. The vocals have a Deep Purple vibe to them, almost diametrically opposed to the keyboard riffs, which have a very modern sound. The compositions periodically catch you off guard. I'll say this: this is not your grandfather's hard rock. This is some innovative stuff! Has it won me over? I'm not sure. I like it, but I'm just not sure how much (how's that for a waffle?). I think this is one that takes repeated listens to grow on you. I'm appreciating it much more the 3rd and 4th times through than the first time I popped in the player. Despite any idiosyncracies, the base is firmly planted in the '70s-'80s hard rock style we all love. There is nothing alternative or '90s-rock about this disc, just some unexpected arrangements. For example, in a few places you'll be listening to some crunchy classic hard rock, and horns will assault you out of nowhere. Highlights include Too Close for Comfort, Information, Let It Go, and Wanna Make Love to You. If you like good classic hard rock....with a twist, give this one a listen! Rating: 77/100 |

Why does everyone think that their opinion is gospel?!? We all know what they say about oinions....they're like assholes ~ everyone has one. It's simple people, if you like a group or cd, you like it. Plain and simple. |

Gotta agree with Dan on this one. They throw a few curves at you but all in all it's a good hard rocking experience that judging from the lack of comments here has been missed by many.... |

Yep, i agree on this one with Dan about this album. Good HardRock with ripping guitars, cool attitude/vibe. "Over and Done" "Information" and "Let it Go" are good ones. 75/100 |
