2025 Heavy Harmonies Donation Drive Update
Nov. 24, 2025: Almost half way through the annual donation drive and we're
at almost 50% of the goal of covering site expenses for 2026. Most regulars
have already donated, so now it's up to everyone else. Costs
are up this year, no thanks to an unexpected forum move, which incurred additional expenses.
The drive will run through the end of the year, details over on the Heavy Harmonies Forum.
Every donation helps, no matter how small. If you can't afford $20 for the
year, give $10. If you can't afford $10, give $5. It's just once a year and
keeps the lights on.

| This one's a very hard sell. The sole release of the Condiracci/Leatherwood project is an uninspired EP that has little to interest AOR fans. For the most part, this is mellow pop rock that never gets above second gear, although the opening "Like a Train" weirdly has a psychedelic tinge and a grungy guitar solo. Tracks 2, 5 and 6 are mildly upbeat and probably the most fun you'll have with the CD, but there's almost nothing in the way of memorable refrains. The singers sound eerily similar to each other and only unwillingly raise their voices above a croon. The entire release is only about 20 minutes long, but between waiting for a decent chorus and almost falling asleep during the slower songs, it felt much longer. Stay away.
