I was so dissapointed when I hear this one. Maybe I should give it another try.???

From: Tosi DeBudo Date: January 28, 2002 at 4:54
Not what I expected but I like it anyway. Michael's voice is still great and makes a lot of the songs sound good! I'd kill for that VOICE!!!

From: MP Date: January 28, 2002 at 7:14
a good album, but not what you expect from the forme singer of helloween

From: Emilio Date: March 23, 2003 at 6:34
Bien, todos sabemos lo que hace Mr. Kiske ahora, pero creo que este disco está muy infravalorado. Seguro que escuchando lo nuevo de Kiske (Supared -puag-) deseariamos que hiciese otro disco como Instant clarity.

From: John Date: November 12, 2004 at 4:59
Kiske is in top form, his voice is still earthshaking, the album can't be compared to old Helloween, only 3 metal songs here, but nevertheless "Do I Remember A Life" and "Always" are 2 hard rock masterpieces

From: rick kerch Date: February 9, 2005 at 20:50
What da hell happened to this guy!!!!.He used to kick ass with Helloween but this one and the second one also are crap!!!!.Sorry to be so rude on you MIchael but i don't understand this 360 grade change man!!.Wake up a sing the way you sing and give to metal happiness once again.

From: West Of Sunset Date: May 6, 2006 at 10:04
I have this cd since the day it got relased, and this one meant something special for me. Hearing his voice making a more mature and melodic music was incredible, and i have always remember Kiske as my fauvorite singer. Songs like "Be True To Yourself", "Burned Out" or the magnificent "Do I Remember A Life" were simply magic. This is one of my all time fauvorite cds, and i hoping his new cd impatiently. True music, true singer, true KIske; Simply the best 9,5/10. westofsunset@hotmail.com

After reading again these comments(including mine of 2005)decided to undust my CD of this album and gave it a "serious listening"("serious" means without going blind and being objective, getting over my dissapointment when i first listened to it)one more time...the album obviously delivers another type of songs that for the die hard fans of the ex Helloween man on the mic Michael, was or is a pain in the neck, and surely it could be if you are narrow minded(like i was back in the day about this "Instant Clarity",i must admit)...but in fact even though is not of an easy digestion, the record has its fine moments in the shape of "The Calling","Burned Out"(nice),"New Horizons"(rocks!),"Always"(nice),"Do I Remember A Life"(nice) plus one of the bonus tracks of the re-edition which is of an AORish feel(cannot remember the name of the song)...my rate about this effort is gonna be of a 70/100...gonna listen to Michael's next album because i wrote something about that one not that "good" too...
