If you see any errors or omissions in the CD information shown above, either in the musician credits or song listings (cover song credits, live tracks, etc.), please post them in the corrections section of the Heavy Harmonies forum/message board.

The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular Kansas CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. Please only submit official CD releases; no bootlegs or cassette-only or LP-only releases.

EPs and CD-singles from Kansas are also welcome to be added, as long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

Not quite classic Kansas, but of course that's just my little opinion! Don't misunderstand me though - this album is still absolutely essential for everyone who appreciates the instrumental prowess and sheer energy that Kansas have put into almost everything they have done over the years. The next two albums retain these qualities and add better songs (musically and lyrically), more variety and simpler yet deeper melody. So, by most standards this would be a 9.5, but for Kansas this gets 8.5/10.

Inspired musicianship & better song structures than their first, while maintaing a firm grip of the prog rockers from "Masque". The album overall is nearly essesntial to any rock collection & the tune "Song For America" is a majestic jewel & requires reverence.

A good album being "The Devil Game" my fave...tracks # 1,2,4 & 6 are also appealing ones.70/100 ...one of the best acts of the Prog Rock genre of all times!.
