| Its been 7 years since the last studio album by Joan, and its quite possibly the first time she has released an album without a single cover song on it, but what a let down it is. The album never really picks up the pace. At best its a cross between 70s glam stylings of the likes of Gary Glitter and Slade, and 50s rock n roll. I honestly cannot say there is a standout song on this album, with the only song really registering as ok being the opening track, penned by Dave Grohl. The album closer is quite naff, and ends the album with a whimper rather than a bang. I know Joan is no spring chicken, but I expected so much more from this album.
