Brilliant, definitely one of my albums of the year. I've not stopped playing this since it dropped onto the doormat. It's probably the best CD the band have released and that's saying something considering what's gone before. My fave song at the moment is Fool's Confession which starts out almost sounding Cheap Tricky circa One on One and is really infectious. Nowhere At All has one of "those" kind of riffs that make me want to get the old air guitar out. No bad tracks on this fer me! |

This thing kicks seriously in every way. Mad Rocking going on here with this disc. Lots of AC-DC style rhythm guitar with big vocals & infectious hooks. |

Holy shit!! I can't believe this is the same band that put out "skin to skin".... This release is so far ahead of the previous one that it is difficult to understand. Worth picking up if you're into infectious rock n roll.....Damnit! I hate it when bands are inconsistent, now I wonder if I should pick up their first 2 releases.... |

Wow! I was a huge Kix fan back in the day but until now had never checked out Steve's new band... what the hell took me so long? STICK IT is a fantastic disc of vintage Kix-style rock & roll! Steve sounds as youthful as ever and the brilliant chorus of "About Women" is not only one of the truest statements ever written, but it's been stuck in my head for days! Definitely one of my top ten of 2006! |

Good fun hard rock n'roll. I don't spin this sort of stuff too often, but when I do I like to hear it done like this. I love 'About women'... mostly because it's so damn true. Good solid hard rock disc. Any fan of previous Funny Money discs, or Kix will enjoy this. |

Next to the self-titled, this is my favorite Funny Money album, adn the hardest-rocking as well (attributed by Steve himself to the writing influence of Mark and Jimmy). The ballads suck, as this band just doesn't seem to do them well, but almost all the rockers are great. My favorites: By The Balls," "Hot On Your Heels," "Big Bang Boom" and "About Women," which have some of the band's best hooks ever. |
