Pretty expendable metal act. Jeff Watson cameos on this CD, but it's a thousand light years away from Night Ranger. Don't bother.

From: TIM Date: May 8, 2002 at 14:34
There's a few good ones on here as well as ones you can live without. They borrowed from other groups, but there are not many who haven't. If you're a fan of sleaze glam, I'd suggest you get it. It won't cost you much to find out. I think it starts out slow, but ends up with some good tunes.

From: TIM Date: May 8, 2002 at 14:35
This is melodic metal as stated, but it does have sleazy overtones in places.

From: Jeff Date: July 19, 2002 at 18:44
Saw this band a million times in the late '80's....they were great live! Unfortunately, much of the great material from their live set was left off of this one and only cd by them. There are several good tracks 'She Doesn't Matter', 'Deep In The Night', 'Kiss Me' 'One Dream' and 'Laws of Love'. The rest is un-original late '80's glam crap.

hey guys in the heist, sorry but the band name is already taken, legally, like US government style, sucks for you, but ya gotta liquidate if your still a band...

From: purrfect-kat Date: October 11, 2003 at 17:05
I bought this cd expecting better quality songs and was left disappointed so I got rid of it.

From: beer tender Date: January 13, 2004 at 21:37
This cd is not very good it put me to sleep save your money

From: MIKE S Date: March 18, 2004 at 14:27
Ronnie Montrose also cameos on 2 tracks on this one. 'Speed Higher' is the standout track here. Worth checking out if you haven't heard it.

Hey 'The REAL Heist', RELAX! Since this came out 15 YEARS AGO, not only do they most likely pre-date your band, but even if they're still around they're obviously not doing very well...even by US Government standards....

From: Rene Date: April 12, 2004 at 14:31
Good album in my opinion. For 80s lovers only.

From: wheezer Date: December 20, 2004 at 20:54
Where can I find lyrics for 'Deep in the Night'? I *love* that song!

From: Geoff Date: February 12, 2005 at 19:43
Awful vocals, a few fillers, BUT!!! Song titles like 'Loose Lips' and 'Sink in pink'! Average songs / great titles... BUT!!! 'She Doesn't Matter', 'Say you're sorry' and 'Laws of love' are truly awesome melodic hard rockers - all very catchy, hook laden tracks with killer riffs, 'Deep In the Night' is a lovely ballad (But what does he say? 'Melody, melody deep in the night'), 'Kiss Me' is great hard rock and by the time you finish it really ain't that bad. Very good, solid musicianship too.

From: z4roxx Date: February 24, 2005 at 18:26
Quite agree with Geoff, vocals is not the top but to me much better than many other singers..but this cd is f****g great!Excellent driven hard rock with some great songs indeed, yeah some fillers but they're canceled from other great tracks!8.5/10.

From: Leykis101 Date: June 25, 2008 at 7:33
Sorry stumbled onto this a little late, Folks!!: what u have on Deep In The Night was an industry snow job, the garbled lyrics in the chorus was mandatory, or the song would be pulled, he is saying is, 'Murder Me, Murder Me'

From: andi Date: November 12, 2010 at 10:10
halo!!This is one of the best hardrock bands iīve ever heart,is there only this album about the band?

From: andi Date: November 12, 2010 at 10:13

From: rick kerch vzla Date: November 18, 2010 at 21:16
Brilliant album!!!..interesting songs and well, actually,i did like the vocalist duty (Paul Holdgate)...a matter of tastes i guess...anyway "Loose Lipps" what a song we have in here folks!,"High Heel Heaven" & "She Doesn't Matter" are catchy tracks,"Deep In The Night" is a lovely solid ballad,"Speed Higher" rocks hard,"Kiss Me" is another "hit" song,"She Needs Love" is a highlight,"Say You're Sorry"(AOR)& "Law Of Love" are the best tracks of the album IMHO..the re-edition of the album brings a couple of killer bonus tracks "Don't Forget Me" which is a catchy mid tempo & "Misery" that is excellent...94/100

From: Leykis101 Date: November 25, 2010 at 22:31
When was a re-issue of this released? and where do I find it? I gotta hear these bonus tracks you speak of!

From: rick kerch vzla Date: December 2, 2010 at 21:19
Retrospect Records re-released this album in 2010 Leykis101

From: MrMetal Date: October 2, 2011 at 10:56
Kelly Keagy of Night Ranger also added background vocals as well as Ronnie Montrose playing additional guitars on "Tighter " & "She Needs Love".

From: MrMetal Date: October 2, 2011 at 11:09
Vocalist Paul Holdgate later became the vocalist of Montrose in the 90's. He then teamed up with guitarist Steve Robello to play in a Montrose tribute band named Rock The Nation. So there's definitley Montrose / Night Ranger connections here.
