Nov. 24, 2025: Almost half way through the annual donation drive and we're at almost 50% of the goal of covering site expenses for 2026. Most regulars have already donated, so now it's up to everyone else. Costs are up this year, no thanks to an unexpected forum move, which incurred additional expenses. The drive will run through the end of the year, details over on the Heavy Harmonies Forum.
Every donation helps, no matter how small. If you can't afford $20 for the year, give $10. If you can't afford $10, give $5. It's just once a year and keeps the lights on.
Thank you for supporting Heavy Harmonies!

The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular Harem Scarem CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. Please only submit official CD releases; no bootlegs or cassette-only or LP-only releases.
EPs and CD-singles from Harem Scarem are also welcome to be added, as long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

| How can you speak of The Very Best if they only have one good album out ! The worst of the worst in the musicbusiness would have been a better title for this crap ! | |

| A HS Best Of without Something To Say, Jealousy, If There Was a Time, Stranger Than Love and Necessary Evil sounds rather odd to me! Can't understand the criteria. Still there's lots of great songs here, as always! | |

| A solid Best Of...release, covering a good selection of HS material, although to do this band justice, a single disc is just not enough. They also have many many more than one good album to choose from (as people who know what they are talking about can confirm),so my advice would be to go and check out the rest of their studio material, buy it all, then make up a quadruple Best Of.. disc of your own!!! | |

Indeed, some bizarre choices on here. Only 'Slowly Slipping Away' and 'Rain' (and maybe 'Die off Hard') that I would call their very best and would go on a compilation of mine. But 'Freedom' is a truly excellent bonus on this, as are the bonus tracks on all of these compilation CDs. I have all of these, so no doubt some clever bastard will decide to release them all on another compilation entitled 'the best of the bonus tracks from the best of albums' or something. Just ignore my cynicism

| Guys, an endless stream of comments about what this band may have/have not done and the history of AOR/rock is pretty pointless. Everyone has the right to like/dislike a band/album/genre of music and that is the beauty of this site - it gives people the chance to determine if there's an album/band out there that they should be listening to - FOR THEIR MUSIC. What we have in HS is well crafted songs with great musicianship/vocal performances, as has been the standard throughout their musical care | |

| Which has been the standard throughout their musical career! This is definitely recommended. | |
