One of the best cd in Aor of all the times. Fantastic.

From: 9 CHAMPIONS A 1 Date: July 28, 2002 at 7:24

From: Rockhead Date: April 27, 2004 at 9:27
An excellent album of melodic rock-this time with a more polished feel. Heart turns to stone, inside information, say you will and the beat of my heart are all excellent tracks from an excellent band. Shame they broke after this because the next one with Lou Gramm could have been a monster, instead they released a cd with Johnny Edwards that was good but not a patch on this, Agent and 4.

From: Rattlesnake Date: May 4, 2004 at 19:24
The best CD from them by far as far as AOR goes

From: Nick Wells Date: June 25, 2004 at 1:24
I think this album is one of the best ones that Foreigner has ever done. Four of my favorite songs on this album are "Inside information", "Heart turns to stone", "I don't want to live without you", and "Say you will". It's hard to believe that Lou gramm doesn't want to perform any songs from this album live anymore even though it went triple platinum.

From: Richierocker Date: August 22, 2004 at 14:55
This is TOFALO rock at its finest. it doesnt get better than this. Say you will and I dont want to live without you are some of my all time favorite Foriegner songs. SWEET!

From: Geoff Date: February 26, 2005 at 8:28
Now this was far better than what I'd heard of them before. Still lite AOR, but much better songs. I quite like this one... sort of. Let's just say it's okay and 'Say you will' is great commercial rock. Still not great to me, but a pretty nice disc.

From: ArnoldLancelot Date: April 3, 2005 at 3:18
Togheter with "4" and "Agent provocateur" their bests by my taste. "Out of the Blue" is one of the most UNDRRATED songs of the world. It should have gone flying with "Say you will". For one of the most known aor bands probably their best effort. A Must Have.

Me encanta "OUT OF THE BLUE" es mi favorita de Foreigner. Buen disco!

From: Rafo Phoenix Date: August 10, 2005 at 22:32
!!!GREAT GREAT GREAT, KILLER AOR ALBUM!!!

From: Rafo Phoenix Date: August 10, 2005 at 22:46

From: Mario Gustavo Date: August 17, 2005 at 0:21

From: Carlos A. Date: July 1, 2006 at 13:10
Este disco es a mi juicio uno de los mejores de los 80`s (sin desmerecer claro a las dos obras maestras que le anteceden)pues todo el disco posee un ritmo unico, canciones memorables "Heart Turns to Stone", "Say you will", la balada de baladas "I Don't Want to Live Without You" ....pero cuando escucho las tres ultimas "Face to Face", "Out of the Blue" y la rockera "A Night to Remember" creo estar en el mismo cielo 11/10.

From: lalorock Date: August 28, 2007 at 14:24

I don't care if fellow AORster's post in their language personally. After all, I never cared to learn any other language other than english which is the one I was born into. Greetings fellow AORsters. I think this is one of Foreigner's best albums from an AOR/westcoast angle. Not great but has some fine songs like the ballad 'I don't want to live without you' or driving synth rock 'Face To Face'. Or 'Out of The Blue' is quite good which sounds very like similar period Chicago song at the opening. Also I like Heart Turns To Stone, Can't Wait, Say You Will, even the others are all ok. A disc I care to keep hold of. Not bad at all! 8/10

From: Madd Mortigan Date: September 12, 2009 at 23:46
Heart Turns To Stone, Can't Wait, Say You Will, Inside Information are good tunes...the rest I don't care for. Not bad, not spectacular.

From: hair metal again Date: May 26, 2011 at 11:22
fantastic release by FOREIGNER with the valuable help of frank filipetti in production.the sound is polished ,the band is in great shape and the songwriting in high level .the result are some mega hits like "heart turns to stone","say you will","face to face" and "a night to remember".too bad they dont choose any songs from this in their live performances
