Típico producto de fábrica alemana, hard melódico pesadón, bien producido y con muy buenas canciones, como - TIME STOOD STILL, IF EVERY RAINDROP..., SECRET AGENT MAN - y otras. Comparaciones, sin ofender, BONFIRE, DOKKEN, CASANOVA, FAIR WARNING. El vocalista tiene una voz mas grave que los cantantes de aquellas bandas, como MAC, que está ahora en THRESHOLD. 8/10

This is an great CD. Musically solid as a rock with a whole bunch of melodic gems. 'Someday - Someway' is awesome melodic hard rock, 'If Looks Could Kill' is even better, 'Time Stood Still' is a mid-tempo melodic gem, 'Crying' is awesome melodic hard rock, and overall it's a very good album. Recommended.

you recommend this one geoff?i think their are too many fillers.but in its defence it does have some good hard rock tracks.oh yeah.and you'll pick it up cheap.

You have a good taste, Geoff, and I think Wild Frontier´s¨STICK YOUR NECK OUT¨ is an awesome CD, with jewels like SHAKE YOUR BODY, SAVE ME, WE WILL BE ONE, WALKAWAY, ETC. 9/10 ( SORRY, BUT ENGLISH IS NOT MY TONG )

I have mixed feelings here...sometimes when i think for album bad opinions of people here helpin me to change my mind(this happens very often)...but not with this...some nice moments, some songs sounds promising(f.e.Someday-someway)i agree but no very good tracks, very monotonous vocals...i can't recommend this

Any fan of Melodic Hard Rock/Metal will enjoy this. For some reason, this reminds me of the band Wild Horses. Awesome!

Nice European 90's band who reminds me bands like Pink Cream 69,Fair Warning,Dokken,Victory and/or XYZ.Its singer is so talent about making remarkable singing melodies which makes the band one step forward to others.Pink Cream 69's axeman,Alfred Kofler-ish guitar player is also awesome. If they've got a better drummer, this CD can be times better.Strange and pity they could not make it.

excellent debut by ESSEX and a great mix of hard rock with a little heavy metal!of course i d prefer the metal influences out of the picture ,but i must admit that it dfoesnt bother me ,as ESSEX do it pretyy good!all the songs are fine and especially "time stood still","someday someway","crying" and "time holds the answer"!this one deserves its place in every hard rock collection

This is a great CD.....but has nothing to do with Melodic Metal...Style similar to Billionaires Boys Club(Mark Boals)and XYZ
