the song A Girl Like That should have been on the first cd, it is that good.

From: KB Date: April 1, 2004 at 2:06
"A Girl Like That" is a really, REALLY great song! This CD has some great music on it. Somewhat similar to "Brother Harmony", but maybe not quite as country. Definitely NOT heavy metal. I love listening to this CD!

Buy this CD just for "A Girl Like That". You won't be sorry!

All the songs on this CD are fantastic great melodic music.

This one's easily my favourite Nelson album. It's not even remotely country, but glorious harmony-filled AOR that doesn't quite have the killer tracks the debut has but is a more consistent album nonetheless. Only "She Sheila" lets the side down a little, the rest is magnificent. 9.5/10.

From: Geoff Date: September 8, 2004 at 20:34
One might actually call this one the most consistent Nelson release. The first track is awesome, 'I would if you want me to' is just as good, 'She Shiela' also keeps the standard very high. I also really like 'Let's talk about me' and the sentimental closer, 'Is that how it is.' While Nelson, IMO, is not the greatest sounding band out there, if you like good melodic rock this is a very consistent and solid release. Nicely done.

While I thoroughly enjoyed this album, I do wish it had a little more rock to it like their first release. Definately better than a couple of their last releases. "A Girl Like That" is an awesome opening track that could have easily come of After The Rain. Ignore the country references. This is a solid release.

Canciones la mayoría semi-acusticas alegres y con buenos solos. Difícil elegir las mejorcitas pues es un disco parejo y salvo la 3 todas me gustan pero como que no es un disco como para llamarlo clásico. Buenos solos y un buen album. 8/10

Much better than Imaginator with hard rockers and a couple of ballads thrown in. A Girl Like You is a nice opener and Someone Like You is very emotionally melodic.

Lovely album indeed...maybe not a killer one but obviously it brought the type of songs(or may i say composition)that the Nelson twins have always done(perhaps separated from the melodic rock/AOR territory that once described their amazing debut but at least this one could be labeled as "fresh")..."A Girl Like That","I Would If You Want Me To","She Sheila","Everybody Cries Sometimes","Let's Talk About Me"(catchy AOR/pop),"She Said She'd Be Mine"(catchy)& "Is That How It Is?"(the real AOR song of the album)are my faves...85/100
