I disagree as well. His lyrics are very thought provoking to begin with. I think he has a very pleasing voice as well. It isn't the Triumph Rock and Roll Machine type material, but the music is quality material typical of Rik. Casey's On A Roll is a great rock tune. As well, listen to the guitar solo at the end of Raise High...it rips! And The Longing is very soulful. |

This is no shit, neither metal nor hardrock. It´s just a rock album, sounding a bit like stuff from STING. I´m a big TRIUMPH fan and I like EMMETTs voice, so for me this is ok. |
