| While comparisons to other bands can always be argued with most bands, some bands blatantly wear their influences on their sleeves. The Scams are one such band. Despite hailing from Sweden, the home of AOR and Glam, these guys are obviously inspired more by AC/DC. Certainly no copycats, they defo slot into the same pidgeon hole as Airbourne. No thrills rock no roll (despite the title of the opening track) with fist pumping anthems. Was first introduced to them as a support act at a gig, which is where acts like this really come into their own. Certainly worth checking out if you are a fan of AC/DC inspired bands, though dont expect anything overly new to the formula.
