hey dan dan,this is the best 80s site ever! but,where the 1st 707 album? i have it,it rocks,oyu should get it too,if you can find it. remember the movie heavy metal? the song mega force was 1 of the main songs in it. a few of these guys went on to more famous bands,like survivor i believe. anyway,great direction,great group,great 1st album if you can find it.

Your right ezed! Where is the first album because it did kick ass. Mega Force was a kick tune. Ace Frehley later did it on his Feheleys Comet album but he changed the name of hte song to calling to you. Check it out, it's pretty cool.

This is the first and the second 707 albums put together. The third album was called mega force and had Kevin Chalfant on vocals. He should later join the storm with members from journey

Not a bad CD, not really like the Journey-ish and still-unreleased-on-CD "Megaforce" though. This has a more Midwest sound to it, like first album Survivor, Dakota, early .38 Special, Trillion's "Clear Approach", Charlie, Spy, etc. (P.S. Anyone who wants this might not want to wait around, because the label that originally issued it is now defunct.)

Actually, Ace Frehley didn't change the name of the Mega Force song. His guitar player Tod Howarth wrote and recorded the song with 707 back in the late 70's/early 80's. He just re-recorded it with Frehley's Comet

This is by far the best of all the 707 Albums. Duke McFadden Left the band after the first LP. Writer of the Hit Single "I could be good for you" and Wrote or Co-Wrote Most of the other songs on the 1st LP You can hear a big difference in the band in there following LPs. J. Schubeck

I like all of 707's output, but for me, The Second Album is the best of em all and one of early 80's best albums. Just good melodic rock. Fav tunes are Live with the girl, Millionaire, Toight, Strings, Rockin and Live without her. Just great songs and vocals and one of the albums to get harder rock back!!!! Great one!!!

I caught "I Could Be Good For You" on the radio and I got hooked on 707 and the AOR genre as a whole. I listened to samples of their other songs off the album and I was even more turned on. Now i'm planning to get this album for my birthday. "You Who Needs To Know" is my fave song off it after giving each sample a listen. I think they sound like a mix of Loverboy and Elton John in a way.

WHAT A SHAME THESE GUYS DID NOT GET MUCH AIRPLAY. THEIR PRETTY GOOD. THE 2ND ALBUM IS BETTER TNAN THE 1ST AS FAR AS HEAVIER GUITAR WORK AND GREAT DRUMS. THEIR BOTH GOOD ALBUMS TO OWN. CLASSIC ROCK W/GREAT MELODY. GET THIS ONE.

This second release was without the big shot of Kevin Chalfant...i own it on vinyl and here we have first and second album all together in one CD...the band did miss the punch that Chalfant offered in their music but still it has some nice moments in the shape of tracks 12,13,14,16,17 & 18...80/100
