| Magnificient bluesrock cd. Lots of Badco/Free vibes, mixed with some Black Crowes and a little Robin Trower(track:6&8). Robert Mason (from Lynchmob) does an excellent job on this one. This is i.m.o. a little better than the first. (8,5/10)

| This album rocks! Just listen to the Title Cut! Wow! What a great rocker! Blues rock with an edge. Robert Mason has an awesome voice! There is some filler on this one but some very worthy tunes too. Fans of the second Lynch Mob, Silent Witness and Great White will dig this one.

| This 2nd release lacks the gritty edge delivered on their debut though still worth wading through for the few highlight tunes.

| Just picked this up, been meaning to check it out. Some hot guitar work from Audley Freed again - Check out the Hendrix/SRV-like solo in Sunday Morning Flood. I think the 1st release has more 'hits' on it.. but this has a more matured/relaxed feel. Some real fluid passages and nice arrangements here in this one. I'd buy anything these guys recorded. Opened for these guys in Colorado - real good people and real fine players. Robert K. hung out and we jammed on Steve Miller basslines all night!

| This CD hasn't left my car's player since I got it. Man - there is some good stuff here. Trying to find lyrics for Warm River Pearl - some awesome phrasing in the vocals. Sweet tone on the lead - a real unexpected style here. I'm hooked on this one - also replaying tracks 1, 2 and 13 a lot! Track 9 "Bring Me My Burden"... GERAT song. I gotta say - it's not a suprise that this release is so good - but that I waited so long to get it. OH - BTW Listen to Sugarcane - sounds like Blackfish if you've

| This was a total grower for me, but once it grew in, I just love the fuck out of this. To me, this is some of Robert Mason's best vocal work, hands down. Audley Freed... what can I say, the man knows how to play! If you like Bad Company, Hendrix, Free, etc. as mentioned above this WILL be your cup of tea.

| very good 2nd release for CRY OF LOVE in the same way like their wonderful debut!Mason has a great voice and the musicianship is truly excellent ,while the vibe is quite rockin!the only problem is that the songs arent as good and catchy as in the first one and you cant recall the melodies easily!"empty castle " is the best tune of this worth buyin release!
