If you see any errors or omissions in the CD information shown above, either in the musician credits or song listings (cover song credits, live tracks, etc.), please post them in the corrections section of the Heavy Harmonies forum/message board.
The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular Brand New Sin CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. Please only submit official CD releases; no bootlegs or cassette-only or LP-only releases.
EPs and CD-singles from Brand New Sin are also welcome to be added, as long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

I forgot, when I submitted this: track 16 is a coveer of Sabbath's "The Wizard," although neither it nor the AC/DC cover is anything special. Anyway, United State continues on in the same stripped-down sound of Distilled. The big hooks of Recipe For Disaster and Tequila are largely gone, as is the huge guitar sound of the band's first two albums. UThis is still a decent album, but a different animal than the Joe Altier years. Releated listens will reward you, but it can be tough getting through, as Kris Wiechmann isn't much of a singer, just kinda droning along like the guy next door. The new guitarist is welcome, back up to two axes again. I dunno, I just don't reach for the Altier-less BNS albums all that often. |
