The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular Petra CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. EPs and CD-singles from Petra are also welcome to be added, as long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

I don't know any other PETRA albums but this is very good record....has a large number of harmonies and melodies...you don't hear any alternative influences....Best songs for me Sincerely yours, No Doubt,More than a thousand words( beatiful ballad)...

They'd started looking like a Bay Area Thrash Metal band by now, but after the heavier "Wake Up Call" actually returned to the softer sounds from the 80's. Title track and "Sincerely Yours" are the highlights, but not really any fillers here. Very Nelson-like.

A few blood-pumping rockers, a terrific bunch of mid-tempo tunes, and a couple of generic ballads...yep, it's a Petra album. Some critics lashed out at the band on this outing for incorporating alternative influences, but I just don't hear it. The guitars aren't quite as polished as they were on previous albums, but they're certainly not grungy, and the catchy hooks & harmonies would be woefullly out of place on any album bearing the grunge banner, like perfect nipples wasted on the world's saggiest breasts. Nope, no doubt about it, this is just another good, solid Petra CD.
