If you see any errors or omissions in the CD information shown above, either in the musician credits or song listings (cover song credits, live tracks, etc.), please post them in the corrections section of the Heavy Harmonies forum/message board.
The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular Petra CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. Please only submit official CD releases; no bootlegs or cassette-only or LP-only releases.
EPs and CD-singles from Petra are also welcome to be added, as long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

|Well I sold this for $20 and then coincidentally I found another copy in an op shop for $1 so I rebought it! What can I say? It's basically the original Petra back together re-recording old songs plus a few new tracks. The two new tracks are average at best. Of the new versions they have updated the sound somewhat, sometimes even replacing some guitar and keys with strings. It now sounds more 70s rock rather than 80s rock. But, I prefer the originals in nearly every case, except for the ballads which sound better here. That's because they are less sappy sounding with the new production. Also, note that this isn't the hard AOR Petra 1986-1995 that is their peak years being reworked, it is the earlier pop rock version led by Volz 1980-1985, so less relevant to HH audience. Overall it is a C.|
