2025 Heavy Harmonies Donation Drive Update
Nov. 24, 2025: Almost half way through the annual donation drive and we're
at almost 50% of the goal of covering site expenses for 2026. Most regulars
have already donated, so now it's up to everyone else. Costs
are up this year, no thanks to an unexpected forum move, which incurred additional expenses.
The drive will run through the end of the year, details over on the Heavy Harmonies Forum.
Every donation helps, no matter how small. If you can't afford $20 for the
year, give $10. If you can't afford $10, give $5. It's just once a year and
keeps the lights on.

as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live
compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. Please only submit official
CD releases; no bootlegs or cassette-only or LP-only releases.
EPs and CD-singles from Black Star Riders are also welcome to be added, as
long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

| Another Thin Lizzy, er I mean Black Star Riders album has fallen upon us. Really nothing too earth shattering here, an enjoyable album to listen too, as it is pretty much the same elements and formula as the previous two albums. However, I was more impressed with track #11 (the bonus track) as it really offers an alternate element to the bands writing style as it meanders off the beaten path of the more recognizable sounding tracks on the album itself. Its a little more maturer album than the previous two (not too much), but there is a learning curve I can tell they are trying to establish without repeating themselves too much. HIGHLIGHT TRACKS: #1,2,4,6,8,10 (11,bonus track) MY RATING: 75/100
