This is a great little album from way back and a real surprise seeing it re-issued onto CD for the first time. Unfortunatley the 'Remastering' on this is ropey. No bottom end whatsoever and a truly truly awful 'Boomy' kick drum sound that washes in and out of the mix at every given opportunity. VERY off putting and it really does spoil the whole sound. I know this album didn't have a big production job in the first place and has always sounded quite weak, but this sounds absolutely lousy and worse than my vinyl copy. Kudos to Gregor at Avenue Of Allies for getting this out, but finished article, sonically is very poor. My average of 3 is 5/6 for the music 2/6 for the sound quality. Be warned

Pomp AOR at moments, yes Jez,this is a great little album indeed ...the sound quality is pretty average as it seemed the album was transferred from vinyl to CD...tracks 1,2(nice),3,5,6(probably the best cut in here IMO),7(nice) & 10 are in my book of goodies...it's good 2 have this album 4 sure...80/100
