The solo on Rock And Roll Machine is pure genius -- the diversity shown puts most guitarists to shame... |

'Mind Games' is a great song, they should have saved it for 'Sport of Kings', it might have done better as a single. The only reason I know it was a single is because there is a video for it. Saw it once, dumb video, only Gil was in it from the band. |

The last song on here ( Empty Inside ) is a great song that's only on this record ' live ' and not on any of there other albums. But I first heard the song about a year before ' stages ' came out in a realy bad ( cheesey good ) movie called B.C.ROCK. I don't think there is a soundtrack for the movie and I have looked just for a studio version of the song. |

Great live album from this awesome band. The two studio tracks are good as well. |

Live album recorded at their highest peak as a a band ...basically agree with the comments above...i could only say that listening to songs such as "Never Surrender","Magic Power","Rock And Roll Machine"(this one with a fantastic guitar solo courtesy of Rik ),"Lay It On The Line","Spellbound","Follow Your Heart"(brilliant!) & "Fight The Good Fight" take you back to the best sound this band has ever done...get it!.93/100 |
