|This is one of the great AOR/hard rock albums of all time. Right up there with Harem Scarem "Mood Swings". This band does everything Journey does, but better. Great memorable melodies which come back to me throughout the day. Strong vocals plus guitar breaks which would make impress Schenker. Some of the slow songs remind me of The Babys ballads. Do yourself a favor and get the Jap import with the bonus song. Cheers.

|Tony Ritchie on vocals is the best to Balance Of Power. He needs to come back on vocals! United State of Mind is nice but Tony Ritchie is much better in Balance of Power (on the vocals).

|Not a bad album but they really don't hit their stride until Lance King joins the mix. Not that Tony Ritchie is bad but Lance just took them to that next level.
