This CD is incredible - the production is crisp - the sound is melodic thuner and King's voice is sounding better than ever. The double bass on the drums is wild and like Reno said - 'Shelter Me' will blow you away.

Balancing between power & melody, BOP delivers the goods and comes up with their best album yet. With walls of tight, sizzling guitars and some serious hooks, the band is definitely a force to be reckoned with in the melodic metal market. While "Shelter Me" is a great song, I think "House of Cain" is even more powerful (love that chorus riff!!). Bottom line, your collection isn't perfect until this piece is added to it. Don't even hesitate.

Balance of Power have announced that they have parted company with vocalist Lance King. The band has since engaged a new and internationally known lead singer and when the legal details are finalised a further press release will be issued. Details will also be given regarding the band's new record label in the USA once contracts are signed.

This cd outright smokes! A very powerful, melodic release with flawless vocals, courtesy of Sir Lance King. Top notch production. A must own for any hard rock fan. Easily a 9.75 out of 10.0.

Great album!! Every song is good, but my favourites are "Shelter Me" "Fire Dance" (whatta riff!!) and "One Voice" being a bit simple but very catchy and melodic with Lances amazing performance!! A good sing-a-long tune too.

this album is one of my ultimate favs in the past ten years, this album is a bit different from other BOP albums, this is the most AOR melodic light metal that the band ever did, every song is extremely catchy and a bit similar to the hair metal period in a good way, this is fantastic stuff, the other albums by the band do not do a whole lot for me but this is wonderful!!!

Para mí BOP en cada disco me gustaron menos, éste placa es para fans de Melodic Metal Progresivo a lo DT/Queensryche y la voz claramente a lo James LaBrie. Ciertamente muy buena producción. 7.8/10
