This is there best album!! It's pretty hard. Whitfield can sing. I give it a 10+

From: David Moors Date: March 20, 2001 at 4:48
I think this is the best album of all time, i know it's a big call but i have hundreds of metal cd's and this is the only one i can play and play and play. Every song on this cd is a classic, and it was so underrated. The best songs on the album is milkman's son, it is the perfect heavy metal song, it has every element to a rock song you could possible want. Do yourself a favor and go out and buy it, you will NOT regret it!

From: Matt Date: May 13, 2001 at 16:33
Couldn't agree with you more David

From: T-BONE Date: August 11, 2001 at 10:24
I gave this cd a tie with America's Least wanted.... They're both a 10!!!!!

From: fetsh_lord Date: August 31, 2001 at 11:18
is this a good album?hahahaha

From: Ron Date: December 21, 2001 at 8:18
I agree that this is a great album. 'Milkman's son' is one of the hardest and catchest songs I've ever heard. There are still some copies of this CD out there, you better get it while you can.

From: jens Date: July 20, 2002 at 1:35
hey... i think that is ME on the cover!

From: jason (FA - Q) Date: July 20, 2002 at 1:42
Well Jens, You beat me to the 'Punch.'

From: David Date: July 20, 2002 at 2:32
Just out of interest jason (FA - Q) what do you think of the album?

From: Reno Date: July 20, 2002 at 6:41
This was a slight turn for these guys. Still a great cd though. It just never got the push it needed from the record company. They were hot off the tails of America's Least Wanted and would have been still going strong with this one. I blame poor management. Milkmans Son is my personal Fave followed by tracks: 3,5,8,11,13.

From: jason (FA - Q) Date: July 20, 2002 at 12:06
Hey RENO! back off man! He was asking me! LOL I bought this album used and the S.O.B. skips all over the place, so I don't listen to it. I have enjoyed everything else they have done though......

Hmmmm...Did I just say that? AAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHH. I've been reading too damn much spanish on this site and now I'm speaking it!!! Going back to my padded room now. Be back later when my english is better

From: FM Date: March 17, 2003 at 2:35
America's Least wanted is probably one of hard rock's best albums ever: this one doesn't quite top his predecessor, but is a solid album nonetheless. Less variety, heavier songs, a little less humour, but still very good.

From: Rocker65 Date: May 28, 2003 at 18:07
The Best Ugly Kid Joe album... I'll give it a 9

From: DE Date: July 15, 2003 at 12:45
One of the best and most underappreciated CD's out there. The whole CD just rocks! Ugly Kid come back to us!

From: Fat Freddy Date: December 19, 2003 at 18:25
When I first heard this CD I thought 'WOW!' I had no idea there was such a hard and heavy band hiding inside UKJ. Unfortunately the album went nowhere because metal was pretty much dead in the US when it was released in 1995. This is a great CD, the band's best album, and judging from the comments here it's destined to remain a cult classic, which is cool...

From: tomcat Date: December 19, 2003 at 20:58
'milkman's son' and 'jesus rode a harley'...) far out stuff

From: Metal Pete Date: February 5, 2004 at 18:55
Amen, tomcat. Let's do something about this 6.5 rating though folks. This IS UkJ's best record!!

From: Big Mike Date: April 7, 2004 at 15:59
I bought this blind because it was cheap in a bargin bin. Still got ripped off. Not worthy as a drink coaster.

From: muffy Date: April 9, 2004 at 10:34
Is UKJ still a band? Are they comming back together again? Have any of them gone solo? thanx

From: Dean Date: July 5, 2004 at 13:39
I know for awhile Whitfield Crane was in Life of Agony. He actually was a good fit for the band but alot of the band's fans wouldn't accept him as a replacement for Keith Caputo. After that folded I have no idea what any of UKJ have been up to. I'm pretty sure they're not following the recent trend of reforming but who knows.

From: Uusiolli Date: August 5, 2004 at 23:18
Milkman's Son and Jesus Rode a Harley are great songs. Otherwise quite mediocre. 7/10

From: Metal80s Date: December 23, 2004 at 19:21
Terrible. I bought this cd when it was brand new expecting it to sound like Americas Least Wanted. It sure didn't. Lots of grunge influences on the song and no strong hooks riffs or catchy songs. The 2 closest to decent is Milkman's Son and Tomorrow's World. Download those mp3s and forget this cd.

From: Sven Pelz Date: May 29, 2005 at 7:20
Tomorrows World is a killer Hard Rock Song. The Rest is ok, not bad.

From: hair metal again Date: June 4, 2012 at 1:27
ok release by UKJ back in 95 and it seems that they took a darker path and the huge success they had didn t bother em at all!the sound is heavy, hard rockin ,funky ,classic you get everything around!the songs are ok but only "milkman s son" stands as a hit!overall this is essential for fans and i need to say that the guitar work is still astonishing!

From: rick kerch vzla Date: December 28, 2012 at 18:18
Their best album???...dunno 2 be honest...in fact quite different from the ones they did before...some good tracks in here are "God","C.U.S.T.","Jesus Rode A Harley" & "V.I.P."...a matter of tastes but this ain't a bed jumper to me whatsoever...70/100

From: MetalPete1031 Date: September 11, 2013 at 13:04
This album is HARD. To me, it increased UKJ's credibility 10-fold. As I said years ago, I think it is their best record. And I am glad to see them on the same path now, with "Stairway to Hell". Nobody can accuse them of being sellouts, as they have not remade "Everything about you" over and over and over again to try and sell records. They make funky, heavy rock with an attitude. This album truly delivers the goods, with the band at their all-time heaviest.
