I'm from Kirksville, MO, and saw these guys perform YEARS ago at the Golden Spike! I have both albums and they really ROCK!! I know that they are no longer together because I saw Jon Dixon in The Bootrockets, a country band. (Has he gone crazy?!) Anyway, please send me any info you can on the band and its (former) members -- like what they are doing now and where can I see them? You can write me at amy_lynne_69@yahoo.com. Thanks!!

Not sure why the ratings for this cd here are so low. This is one of the great ones of all time! Each track is pure keyboard-layden 80's AOR bliss! Worth every penny!

From: ROB GARCIA Date: January 16, 2003 at 18:45
I AGREE WITH YOU CARSTEN.ITS UNBELIEVEABLE THAT THIS ALBUM HASNT BEEN RATED HIGHER AS THIS IS ONE HELL OF AN AOR RECORD THAT NOBODY SHOULD MISS.CLASSIC STUFF INDEED!!,THIS ALSO APPLIES FOR THEIR SECOND ALBUM WHICH IS ALSO EXCELLENT.

Hi Mitch, Dave,Dave S, Pete, Gyro and Jon. First saw you guys open for Head East with 5th Avenue at the old Lincoln High School now East Junior. Was that 1980? Wow! Saw you many times after that with our ontourage that included Brian(Elvis) and Craig and usually our girlfriends.Sometimes we'd go backstage and talk with you. We really enjoyed it when you played Athens, Minneapolis, Lances and Skateway (B.J. Rockers,)MidState in Rapids. Speaking for manyfans we were bummed when you broke up. In th

We know you guys still got the music in you. Yea we know you all have other interests and jobs now...well how bout a "Best of" CD and tour then just to say thanks to all the loyal fans. We are waiting... I'm looking for any C.D's. 33's 45'rpm's especially later version of Alien Probe as I wore mine out

I was a big fan went to all your shows at the pines. You were the best around.I think you should relese Never to Late. I think it might go to the top.I am tired of listening to the shit that the radios play every day and make us think it is good music. I have had all you tapes over the years and a friend burned them on a cd for me so you guys can still rock on in my little world. Cartman even sings some of you tunes if we can get him to sing. I think you should try to put on a show at rockfest i

I think this is a poor record. Very average pop/rock. Nothing rocks. Listen to that poor cover of Midnite confessions. Sold my copy on ebay. You can´t compare this one with the great second release.

From: rocketron Date: November 24, 2003 at 13:27
Overrated and overpriced. This is fairly average AOR.

From: Shoemaker Date: November 24, 2003 at 15:10

If the boys from the band look at this Hi! from your light tech. Long time no see I've wondered what you are up to. If Doug was in a country band I'll laugh my ass off. Love to hear from any of you, you are still my favorite band and thanks I learned alot from you. My husband and I own a sound and lighting company now. soundandlights2004@yahoo.com

From: Geoff Date: May 24, 2004 at 22:11
I do like this band, but this CD is not good, IMO. Very soft, barely rock at all. The second CD is great, but I think this is way too soft to even be called rock. There is one nice mid-tempo tune on it I do like, but I can't even recall because I just avoid the album. One great song, though.

From: Harrison V.M Date: August 20, 2004 at 15:54
Hey I just want to say that AirKraft rocks! I take guitar lessons from Jon Douglas Dixon, and our band has recorded with him, and I just want to say that he is really f*ckin amazing! And funny as hell! Richard Gazinya right Doug? lol

From: AOR freaky Date: August 21, 2004 at 6:11
Not hardrock, but bloody great AOR here ! Airkraft, again a band that is totally underrated. A lot better than that HS crap, but not many people seem to know this fine act ! They don't know what they miss ! Keep listening to HS, people, and you'll miss REAL music like this !

From: bones Date: December 18, 2004 at 12:17

From: rocky Date: February 10, 2005 at 8:41
a pretty good album, but not as good as the "in the red" album.

From: Geoff Date: March 21, 2005 at 5:18
I said above that I didn't really dig this album, except for one song and that opinion remains strong. It is just so lite, even more so that Harlan Cage's debut, or what I suspect Haywire might have sounded like. Either way, it is not at all my kind of music, but I openly admit that 'Footsteps' is a true gem of a track. What a beautiful song and I dare say it's worth checking this out for that song alone... though I'd skip the rest

From: Kip Date: September 14, 2005 at 3:59
Cmon Geoff, this album is lite AOR sure, but I think it's all good. The first two tracks are definately the highlights. I happen to like the first one more. Actually the only songs I don't really like are tracks 4 and 9. I like the rest of them though. Very good, solid above average album. 7.5/10

From: Kip Date: September 14, 2005 at 4:05
Forgot to mention one thing - If you like this band check out Angel Edge. Carbon copies of each other with similer quality albums IMO.

Production is not their best thing but I like these guys.Good keys injection, great vox and good melodick arrangments. This one and also”In the red”are 2 good releases.

From: rick kerch vzla Date: February 18, 2012 at 18:02
A step forward on this one...better than the first album which is honestly a bad one...some goodies in here are "Footsteps" & "One Of A Kind" both AOR,"Rock City" ,"Trapped In A Barrier" & "Giving Up On Love"(catchy)...65/100

From: playhogan Date: March 21, 2013 at 19:03
Just my opinion but I think this release is terrible. Thief In the Night is an okay tune but the rest is bad.
