Aug. 20, 2025: Temporary Message Board ClosureThe company hosting the message board sprung a surprise price hike on me that would have more than tripled the monthly hosting costs, so I've been scrambling to find an alternative. I've purchased a license for self-hosting a different platform and am hiring a consultant to migrate the existing board's content (posts, user profiles, etc.). However, this means I need to shut down the message board for anywhere from 3 days to (hopefully less than) a week so the data can be migrated. While this is an expensive proposition up front, it should result in some long-term savings. The current message board will be closed down at some point this Saturday, August 23. I will post updates here. The main site (where you are reading this), will NOT be affected. -Dan |

Very Good Hard Rock, "My Angel Wears White, Samurai & Paint the Mirror Black" fav tracks, 85/100. |

David releases the best material of his later career here the melody is at the forefront the voice of the highest order and Kronlund tears it up, the two make the perfect partnership. If I wanted to be brutal I'd say there's maybe too many a ballad but having said that each are of the highest order brushing this painting with some real maturity. So ya get four blasters each of the highest order in the wonderful ode to On Target in My Angel Wears White (a Denander co-write) the magnificence of Samurai with its beautiful chorus and melodies, the fist pumping Animals And Cannibals, and blistering finale of The Dead Shall Walk The Earth. Couple bump and grinds in Paint The Mirror Black and Magic Puddin both respectfully nodding back to the best of the hair era, a nice groover in Edge Of Heaven rounded out by the rest. Gotta hand it to the man, to be releasing this quality now is staggering, I'm a 9 but add a point for the A1 booklet, this gets a 9.5 I mean it's worth quality worth ya coin! |

Very good project, but unfortunately not bandfor REECE and KRONLUND offering a fine collection of songs like "samurai","i would","i remember you"and"magic pudding". Their sound is in the usual Reece territory and the quality is pretty high! good stuff |
