If you see any errors or omissions in the CD information shown above, either in the musician credits or song listings (cover song credits, live tracks, etc.), please post them in the corrections section of the Heavy Harmonies forum/message board.
The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular Mojo Rib CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. Please only submit official CD releases; no bootlegs or cassette-only or LP-only releases.
EPs and CD-singles from Mojo Rib are also welcome to be added, as long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

|Mojo Rib are a little hard to classify. You could take the easy way out and lump them in with the likes of Buckcherry, L.A.-bred modern-retro rock. But these guys were more '70's than '80's. It's the sort of music that could be thrown in with the rootsy punk of Supersuckers, Nashville Pussy, maybe even the Hangmen (but less downtrodden and filthy). I even hear a bit of the Four Horsemen. The vibe is uptempo and fun, and the singer has a rapid-fire, hyperactive delivery, lots of wordplay, lots of exuberant yipping and yowling. Production is purposely raw, in a just-plug-in-and-jam kind of way--it suits the music. Highlights include "Lowlife," "Kalifornia Kingsnake," "Too Much Money," "Snakebite" and the semi-acoustic story-song "Fat Lady With A Gun." Don't go hitchhiking in the desert, kids. You meet some straaaange people!|
