Seen by most as a pop act, these guys were far better than one can imagine ! Great AOR, with poppy influences, O.K., but it's 'heavier' than some should expect. Songs as 'Wrong Or Wright' and 'Give Me Your Love' are good rocking tunes ! And the most fantastic song is the last one : 'A Piece Of The Action' ! Superb ! I really RECOMMEND this CD to all AOR fans, and even more: all The Babys CD's are great. With a voice John Waite's one, how can you go wrong ! ?

A great, great album this one. Remembered most for the hit 'Isn't It Time' which is good, but their is so much more to this than that track,if you explore a little further. A highly recommended album, but even better was to come....

Another superb album from the Babys. You can see a progression in the sound from the first album. This one is slightly more polished with some lush string sections. Broken Heart the title track is superb with a great jangly guitar beginning so has Wrong or Right. I'm Falling is again another fantastic ballad....I love how a lot of Babys ballads have a kinda bitter/angry feel about them. John Waite just paints pictures with his words, he is easily one of the best vocalists/songwriters going.

I fully agree with Jez and Nick C ! Great record, as mentioned by me before, and great band !

An absolute masterpiece, and my alltime favorite Babys release. Wally's guitar tone is so pure & full of emotion. Excellent songwriting, and despite the heavy use of string arrangements, this is one of their more rocking releases. The ballads are beautiful as well. Worthy of CLASSIC status and a "deserted island" must have. Highly, HIGHLY recommended!
