The boys do it again. Brilliant from start to finish. Alot more Proggy influences than the last few releases make this a more challenging listen . 'What About Love' & 'Blue Moon Monday' are the standouts for me -with John Payne sounding in top form throughout. I still prefer the debut and the awesome 'Aura' over this, but this is right up there with their best releases.

Gets better with every listen...

From: TIM (2) Date: September 13, 2004 at 11:37
Jez is dead right again, I was initially disappointed by the more progressive nature of it but once those subtle hooks take hold you'll rate this as highly as "Aqua" and "Aura" (I've never owned the stuff with Wetton fronting it). The best tracks are all in the first half of this, for me, but you always know what you'll get with Asia and any fan will not be disappointed with this. Great production on this also, and a real highlight of 2004 so far. 8.5/10.

From: KIPJUANJO Date: September 23, 2004 at 3:05

From: Rycheage Date: September 24, 2004 at 21:38
Well thought out and executed. The best they have done since "Aqua". More progressive than before but like TIM (2) said, once it gets those subtle hooks in, there is no getting them out. Memorable album throughout. The musicianship is superb and the writing is spot on. Highly recommended.

Again, AsiA released yet another blockbuster of an album. I'd say my favorite three songs would be 'What About Love', 'Long Way From Home' and 'I Will Be There For You'. Thankfully, we have a cohesive unit of four guys doing what they do best...Aura was great, but it had too many guests on it. 'Silent Nation' gets my vote for Album of the Year. The bonus package w/ the DVD is really cool. Simply put, A MUST-HAVE!!

Wow,Asia did it again ! a little more proggy, but still very melodic ! Great Album ! 9,0 Points !!! Thx to the Boys for your music !

From: rocky Date: October 11, 2004 at 6:20
this time you have to listen to the record more then once to find some really catchy tunes,("long way from home"), that`s a huge differnence from "aura", who had a lot of catchy tunes, some that perhaps reminded me a little bit to much of A-ha, and Wax of all bands. even though it is absolutely worth having.....

From: AOR freaky Date: January 16, 2005 at 13:55
Yes, they did it once again. Bloody great AOR/symphonic record, one of the best of 2004 ! Absolutely recommended stuff !!!!!

From: juan carlos Date: August 1, 2007 at 10:24
