This is my favorite Riotalbum. Fine melodicmetal songs and two brilliant ballads RAIN and SANTA MARIA. No Rock´n Roll stuff like "swords and tequilla"

Great album that just oozes of 70's and early 80's classic hard rock/metal. One of my favourite Riot albums but what let's this and the equally great Nightbreaker down from being complete masterpieces is the production(s). One of the most underrated bands in the history of hard rock with album spanning from late 70's to now. Very recommended!

My God, Mike Dimeo is a GOD! I love his voice, reminds me alot of Tony Martin from Black Sabbath. He really puts the icing on the cake that is Riot. Very good hard rock with fantastic vocals!

Very good release once again for RIOT with a sweet heavy hard sound and many good songs like "holy land","blood of the English","rain"!Mike Di Meo does a great job and the band still sounds good after so many line up changes
