Damn!!! That's one cheesy cover...

Alas, I find my first disappointment with this site. Where, oh WHERE is "Fire Down Under", sirs? Their finest effort EVER, with MR Guy Speranza on vox? I hope to see this horrid omission remedied quickly! I got the shakes just now, not seeing it here. Bet your life on a silver ball...spin it, round the wheeeeeel!

Waiting for..Here We..Road Racing,Narita, Kick down..no dan respiro alguno.Excelente disco! 9.50/10. carro_martin2000@yahoo.com.ar

I loved their first three albums damn they were awesome fire down under is a rocl classic ....not many of todays band can match that album..........

From: Metal Pete Date: December 31, 2003 at 18:52
Agreed. Fire Down Under is ESSENTIAL Riot. It ranks in my top ten of all time, without a doubt. Tracks like "Swords and Tequila", "Outlaw", "No Lies" and of course "Altar of the King" are unmatched in today's metal. RIP, Guy speranza...thanks for the incredible music.

SWORDS AND TEQUILA CARRY ME THRU THE FIGHT!!!!I agree the first 3 albums are the best, briiliant songs on "Fire down under", a C.D release please! R.I.P Guy!!!!!!

From: Metal Pete Date: January 2, 2004 at 11:54
For those unaware, 'Fire Down Under' was re-released about 3 years ago, and with 5 (yes, FIVE) extra tracks, with Guy on vocals! It should not be too difficult to track down from your local obscure metal dealer. Highly, highly recommend you do so!!

A classic 80's Hard Rock CD. The title track is one of the best gutiar instrumentals ever-up there with Colluseum Rock. Road Racin, White Rock and the Cover of Born to be wild. Amazing piece of work-A must have

From: andreasb Date: April 4, 2004 at 14:00
Everythings said. Their first 3 albums, all with Guy Speranza, openend the door for a big carreer. Unfortunately Guy left the band ... This release is a must have!

Road Racing is so under rated should be up there with' highway star

From: Propane Date: November 30, 2004 at 23:38
Riot did not compromise musically. They would never give in to record companies and try to lighten their sound. This one is a must have for any hard rock collection. 10/10.

Another great album by this great band. IMO they can do no wrong.

From: elljam Date: January 20, 2012 at 11:33
This album & "Fire Down Under" are absolute musts for any hard rock fan. The late Guy Speranza left a massive hole which was never filled & his legacy lives on through diamonds such as "Kick down the wall", "Here we come again" & "Road racin'". However the real killers are "49er" & "Hot for love" which are two of the greatest hard rock tracks from the late 70's.

From: hair metal again Date: February 10, 2014 at 12:11
RIOT at their beginning was a pure hard rock band with lots of energy and their sound was based in the guitar riffs of Mark and the unique vocs of Guy!many good songs ,some fillers ,but the whole result pretty good and rockin!

From: rick kerch vzla Date: April 27, 2014 at 12:45
A good rocking album!!!..Guy Speranza was a kicking a** vocalist and now he's been joined in heaven by Mark Reale as well ...best tracks in here for me are 1,2,4(a very cool version of Steppenwolf's classic),6,7,9 & 10...enjoyable release...80/100
