Deep Purple? Who cares? Queen's 1973 debut record was one of their best, and the live BBC recording of those songs is incredible... I'll never understand why "Mad The Swine" was left off of the album, such a fabulous song, probably my all-time favorite Queen song. If you don't have this album already, get it. It may take a while to grow on you, as it did me, but once you embrace it's vibe.....it's pure genious. |
