Great Melodic Hard Rock & Melodic Metal! What an album! Awesome! David - Lana - Davy, what a Combo!  Blood and Ashes, Here Comes Lonely, Love Tears, Web Over London, Planets Turning, Shadow On Your Heart, Distance of Love (The Song! This is Style/Kind!) & Dead Undead My super favs! 1 of my fav. CDs from 2009! Highly Recommended! buy it original! 95/100.

| Like the "Shining Line (2010)" compilation this little gem flew under my radar until I picked it up last year. Soundtracks are standard affair with movies, but a soundtrack to a novel I haven't heard of before. It's a concept album based on Wolfgang Hohlbein’s fantasy novel,“Chronicle of the Immortal” I'm usually not a big fan of Davy Vain's vocals, but this release flows nicely with Readman's commanding VOX getting the lions share of songs. Lana Lane (Roswell Six) holds a candle to Robin Beck with the excellent ballad "Eternity Is Yours". 1. Blood And Ashes (Vocals: Readman) 2. Here Comes Lonely (Vocals: Vain) 3.
