Ok, after the first listen you know why Mick's singing is limited in Foreigner, he's a slow vocalist and has no skills for melody.

Bobber71, do you know band Foreigner, does it really ring any bells? This album is very good, you can really feel Foreigner's mood.

The only track that caught my attention was "save me tonight"which i think is a nice aor song. The rest are average songs with lack of sense(i wonder why he hasn't recorded anymore solo albums). As for the guest musicians well imagine...only to have Mr joe Lynn Turner as a backing vocalist it was supposed to be a huge album but NO!.He hasn't got vocal skills so being the guitar player in Foreigner will be fair enough.

pretty good solo release for Mick Jones ,but not as good as expected i think!the sound ,the production is perfect but the songs and the musicianship dont hit the spot!on the other hand the approach is very fine and you can find a mix of mid tempo along with some rockers!'save me tonight","the wrong side of the law" ,"4 wheels turnin" and "danielle " are the best moments!good stuff

Listening to this album again and giving my verdict about it,well at the end is quite a decent one, obviously as stated above, his vocal skills are pretty limited..."Save Me Tonight" is,as i said in 2006,the best track of the Record...another fine moments are 1( ),5,7,8(nice) & 9(nice)...my rating goes to an 83/100.
