The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular Magnum CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. Please only submit official CD releases; no bootlegs or cassette-only or LP-only releases.
EPs and CD-singles from Magnum are also welcome to be added, as long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

|Get this limited edition of the double packaged release because is pretty worth having it...Magnum,a classic not to say legendary band from England that i have the chance 2 see them live during their "Wings Of Heaven" Tour at the Hammersmith Odeon(late 80's)...from CD 1 i'd take these songs "All The Dreamers","Blood Red Laughter","On The 13th Day","So Let It Rain"(nice),"Shadow Town" & "See How They Fall"...from CD 2 the nice ones "Those Were The Days","Eyes Like Fire" & "Shadow Town"(acoustic vesrion)...90/100|

|For me, each successive Magnum album since the Brand New Morning release has blended together into an indistinguishable morass of Recycled Diminishing Ideas. The only difference is the aging Bob Catley's voice getting more and more raggedy with each outing. Sure, there have been a few standout tunes here and there, but otherwise it's all become somewhat predictably formulaic and tame. This disc is no different. "All the Dreamers" blatantly attempts to recapture the feel of "Brand New Morning," "Dance of the Black Tattoo" rests upon a hackneyed metal riff, "Didn't Like You Anyway" the obligatory shuffle,"Putting Things in Place" a boring rip-off of "Only A Memory." The rest are all uninspired Magnum songs, fitting into their ho-hum modern catalog without distinction. For a while this band could do no wrong to my ears -- but even though their output is still miles above so much of the other shit to be found, they've lost the ability to bring something exciting to the table. 65/100|
