Temporary Message Board Closure
The company hosting the message board sprung a surprise price hike on me that
would have more than tripled the monthly hosting costs, so I've been scrambling
to find an alternative. I've purchased a license for self-hosting a different
platform and am hiring a consultant to migrate the existing board's content
(posts, user profiles, etc.).
However, this means I need to shut down the message board for anywhere
from 3 days to (hopefully less than) a week so the data can be migrated.
While this is an expensive proposition up front, it should result in some
long-term savings.
The current message board will be closed down at some point this
Saturday, August 23. I will post updates here. The main site (where you are
reading this), will NOT be affected.

| 2 years since the excellent 'Everchanging Times' disc and a major major highlight from the worlds best guitarist. As previously, this is a nice mix of stuff that covers all the bases from the Toto'ish 'Darkness In My World' (superb track), 'Can't Look Back', the excellent ballad 'Don't Say It's Over' through to the Steely Dan'esque 'On My Way Home, the Hendrix bluesy rock of 'Flash In The Pan', the funky 'You'll Remember' and the jazz fusion of 'Tumescent'. You won't hear a better guitar based release this year guaranteed. 9 tracks and 47 minutes of brilliance.

| Im going with Jez on his review of this,you shouldn't be given the option of commenting on anything by Lukather, as there is no point in it, nothing Luke does will ever be anything below par,when you really think about it, when was the last time you found out a new Lukather came out, you hadn't heard a single note of it, you had to buy it blindly? and when was the last time you had to take a second to ponder buying it? that you even had a split second thought or hesitation? that you should probably hear it 1st? exactly, because you realize since Candyman you haven't even had to ponder you might be getting garbage, when your that good, and that consistent that fans don't even have to be coherent to purchase your album, they just do it like breathing, you know you are somebody not only special, but somebody important, and that ladies and gentleman, is something Luke is, someone who impacts so many people, he should be given national and world STEVE LUKATHER DAY!and thats no fucking joke
