The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular Toto CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. Please only submit official CD releases; no bootlegs or cassette-only or LP-only releases.

EPs and CD-singles from Toto are also welcome to be added, as long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

That most of Toto's biggest hits were pansy-ass ballads and sprightly West Coast fare almost seemed to be justify the addition of vocalist Jean-Michael Byron's into the ranks come greatest hits time. But to Toto's rock faithful, already galled by the lack of 'Isolation' and 'Turn Back' material herein, the addition of this Tinkerbell was enough to bring on Yellow Brick Road Rage. Wisely, he was re-assigned to ballet class or men's figure skating instruction or the like.

Maravilloso recopilatorio!! recomendado para los q nunca hayan escuchado a estos dioses d la melodia romantica.

It's too bad that one of Toto's biggest selling albums...(this greatest hits) has to bring newcomers to the face of Jean-Michel Byron. At first glance, you may think that he represents Toto in some way. But upon detection, you realize, he was a 12 month mistake and Toto got back to their roots, quickly!

I actually liked the new songs on this. Granted, they weren't the best the band had ever done but they were pretty good in their own right. Too bad they left off some of the band's best material when choosing the other tracks for the compilation. But I guess to the masses these were their best known songs.

I definitely like the new songs on this album. It shows a different side of Toto in the R&B direction. Not that they never did R&B before but this is just more soulful than what they've ever done. This is number five of my favorite albums by the band. Number 1 is The Seventh One, 2 Fahrenheit, 3 Toto IV, 4 Falling In Between and 5 this album.

From: YIRO SEVENTH Date: August 20, 2007 at 21:14

this is the greatest single toto cd you could own if you could only own one. It contains great cuts from IV and the seveth one... the great 'I'll be over you' from the dodgy Fahreheit, then you get great sound quality (The relevant songs sound just WAY better here than on their respective original cd releases). I LOVE this cd. And I hate the way people always crap on about Byron. He added a nice spice to Toto in his short time there. I'm not saying he belonged to lead this band but his songs are vital to this cd's enjoyment and he added a great flavour to toto's musical history in my opinion. Brilliant disc. Pick it up. 9.5/10

With this album/compilation i saw Toto live for the first time in my life at the Hammersmith Odeon in London England...they were "introducing" a new singer named Jean-Michel Byron,a guy with a good range of voice and with a big influence of Michael Jackson in the way he sings and dances(well at that stage Byron was like that)...in this release you have four songs sang by the "new guy on the mic" and very good ones btw("Love Has The Power","Can You Hear What I'm Saying","Animal" and the beautiful ballad "Out Of Love")plus some all time Toto's classic that we all know...a good one to have...100/100

A rather weak "Hits only" compilation. Only 9 classics can't do justice to that band By now there are better Best of Compilations of TOTO on the market. So the only interesting thing for fans are the additional 4 new songs. Jean-Michel Byron was a nightmare and everybody knows that. The new songs..Love has the Power was never a favourite of mine. Animal has a killer Bass-line by Mike and a great solo by Luke but that's about it. Can you hear what i'm saying is a pretty good song, would've been better with Joseph and Out of Love is just horrible, never liked that Luke decided to continue play that in concert. So a weak compilation and thankful Byron was kicked out of the band. Nothing else to say here.
