If you see any errors or omissions in the CD information shown above, either in the musician credits or song listings (cover song credits, live tracks, etc.), please post them in the corrections section of the Heavy Harmonies forum/message board.
The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular New England CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. Please only submit official CD releases; no bootlegs or cassette-only or LP-only releases.
EPs and CD-singles from New England are also welcome to be added, as long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

One of my fave bands of all time and one that really was 'Mega' in all senses of the word. This live document goes someway in giving testimony to that. Soundwise this is pretty good for a 25 year old recording and is definately All live compared to some that I could name. I would have liked a Double full concert recording, as they have so much choice material from the 3 albums, but most of the best bits are here. I suppose I should be thankful this excellent disc has even surfaced at all. |

Jez .. did you ever have a live tape of this...I'm sure I did but this is miles cleaner! Released a good few years after the bands demise (or have I spoken too soon?), this provides a tantalising glimpse into the band in a live situation. I agree with Jez that there are some songs that seem to cry out to have been included on this L-5 for instance. BUT it's a pretty magical live album that any right minded NE afficionado should own. |

Nick - The only other live show I have is from Park West - Chicago (I think) from 1979, and this is from San Francisco 1980 I believe. This is much better quality than the Chicago show, although that is good to have aswell!!!!If there are any more shows out there, be sure to let me know. All we need now is For the NE boys to get back in the studio and get some of those excellent tracks from the NE 4 demo's recorded properly, My life would be complete!! |

Great live CD from this classic band! So many songs sound great here, I actually found this CD new by accident, not knowing it existed. I just saw them play live last night in Medford, MA. Setlist included Alone Tonight, L5 and of course, Don't Ever Wanna Lose Ya to close the set. Can't get enough of their sound, just exceptional! |
