Buy it without hesitation! it´s a Great AOR by their 4 sides. "Secrets You Keep" "One Rumor Too Many" are classic UptempoAOR song ála Robert Tepper/Aldo Nova... "Total Breakdown" is an elegant/atmospheric AOR song. "Victims of Love" is a beautiful ballad. "Sharks" is another great uptempo song as "Enemmy Lines" well. "Flesh to Flesh" is the bonus track(excellent uptempo song). Joe has been part of bands like Steeplechase and Shelter, the musicians here are all well-known session men. This one has been Re-Issued by Yesterrock.de (German Label). Buy it immediately! Satisfied? 9/10

Hi Rick about your comment... Joe Lamont style is like Beau Geste(Another Night In The City), Avion(ST & White Noise), B.E. Taylor Group(Our World), Kidd Glove & Paul Sabu(Joe have a similar voice to Paul), The Bryan Hughes Group, Robert Tepper etc etc, best wishes mate!

Good AOR album similar to Robert Tepper . I have the 2010 re-issue but it does not have the bonus track "Flesh To Flesh" as mentioned above.

Even though I'm up to smaller my collection, I bought this one, mainly for the perfect typicaly AOR/ Melodicrock ballad "Victims of love" (It remains me on Mark Free's "Long way from love"). However the rest is hardly to call 'one of the best' for me, but then it's not bad at all either. I think the comparations with Robert Teppper or -these I add- Benny Mardones & Von Stephenson (musically & from the voice). Whereas the later said music is not so crispy. Furthermore, for me the 2nd part of the songs is better here on.

Nice 80ies AOR. The artwork is in my top ten of worst covers. In front a gorillafaced dude, and in backround a girl looks like she is peeing. Both people in a bathroom... who the hell made such a concept?

From: aTomiK Date: October 26, 2011 at 7:06
I think that the cover art is one of the greatest! Awesome album from start to finish.

I don't care too much about the cover artwork. But no normal guy can say that it's a great cover

What you guys got against bathroom covers? UFO : Force It and FOREIGNER : Head Games are great covers too. I guess I'm one of the abnormal then cause I love this album cover. Pure 80's esthetics at it's best. Naugty girl in a pose and guy ready to do the job he's supposed to do.

Nice mid-tempo style with FM Rock/AOR touch. Love the same titled tune and "One Rumor, Too Many". Have the vinyl edition, I occasionally spin it.
