If you see any errors or omissions in the CD information shown above, either in the musician credits or song listings (cover song credits, live tracks, etc.), please post them in the corrections section of the Heavy Harmonies forum/message board.
The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular Slash CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. Please only submit official CD releases; no bootlegs or cassette-only or LP-only releases.
EPs and CD-singles from Slash are also welcome to be added, as long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

There was a recent episode on AXS TV on the making of "World on Fire" that I was able catch some of. From what I saw and heard, it was really good. Am hoping this is the case.

This is a pretty good disc. Myles Kennedy reminds me of Robert Mason, actually, more than the more commmon accusations of trying too hard to be Axl. The disc gets off to a really strong start witha string of good songs, but at seventeen tracks (and seventy-some minutes), it's a bit long. Favorites for me are the title track, "Automatic Overdrive," "30 Years To Life," "Withered Delilah," "Dirty Girl" and "The Dissident." It's the best thing Slash has done outside GnR, I have to say.

hmmm, I am a huge fan of GNR but nothing Slash has done since leaving them has truly excited me, be it Snakepit, Velvet Revolver or solo, and this one does nothing to change that sadly. The first solo album did not impress me initially despite all the guest singers as it felt like Slash adapted to them rather than them adapting to him, which made it sound more like a mixed artist compilation album rather than a Slash album. That one though grew on me with some of the songs, though still cant say its a great album. The last one, I cant even tell you a single song on it. This one is certainly better though. Couple of songs stood out, but I still have an issue with Kennedy and his Axl aping style. It just grates on me. Also, when you are already struggling with an album, 17 tracks is way too much. Dont get me wrong the music is great, its just the songs themselves dont excite and as mentioned, the vocals are pretty naff.
