Cant say this album is particularly memorable, but I do remember it certainly wasnt glam. More bar room rock with a 60s vibe, very similar is style to The Georgia Satellites.

Sorry that should say "60s Stones vibe".

I hear 80's flavored party rock all over the place, from THE CULT style to BRYAN ADAMS, to ROXETTE. Typical 80's rock that was produced by Andy Johns.

Yes you're right. This album is mix of the 80's. Sometimes i think i'm hearing Quireboys or Georgia Satellites, but in some songs they change to a more pop/rock feeling like a more rocker INXS. Anyway, there are very good party rock songs here and you also can find it cheap on ebay or in a record store. I bought it (with shipping included) for less then 2 usd.

If you like both Jon Bon Jovi and Riohie Sambora's solo, this is for you.

Every now and then I fail to sell a cd so I put it back in the collection. I decided to relisten to this album, and I admit it took me by surprise. I guess I thought it was a little "wussy" before, but really it is more of that old school Rolling Stones sound, with "aggressive" acoustic guitars and a dive bar kinda feel. It has female backing vocals on some tracks and just a bit of a loose classic rock vibe. I'm kinda glad I didn't sell it now. I will listen to it when I want to hear an album like Exike on Main Street but a little bit more rock and songs I don't know so well. Grade C+
