If you see any errors or omissions in the CD information shown above, either in the musician credits or song listings (cover song credits, live tracks, etc.), please post them in the corrections section of the Heavy Harmonies forum/message board.

The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular U.F.O. CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. Please only submit official CD releases; no bootlegs or cassette-only or LP-only releases.

EPs and CD-singles from U.F.O. are also welcome to be added, as long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

Great melodic metal on this double set. As good as or better than other stuff by groups like Loverboy, Night Ranger, or Hagar who were ruling the charts when these two were released. Don't believe me? Go get it and you'll see I ain't lying. Damn good stuff!

Another great package with two classic albums on one CD..go get it.

Just bought this and it's so cool they have reissued these two great LP's on one CD. Fabulous!

From: Randy Date: April 25, 2001 at 14:12
Another killer double-set!

From: Wayne Date: April 26, 2001 at 12:52
Good stuff. Good idea. I will get it!

Another good package of two here. 'Mechanix' was a very pop-sounding album, with 'Back Into My Life' and 'Let It Rain' being singles. Good tunes and production on both of these albums put together one on CD is really good, and you'll enjoy it if you like UFO, or melodic hard rock, for that matter.

Oh yeah baby! This one rocks all the way to the bank! Killer double set featuring two great albums on one CD. Get it, you'll love it.

From: Steve Date: May 19, 2001 at 12:04
Got this one and 'Misdemeanor' today and love 'em both. This music sounds so incredible on CD instead of my old scratchy LPs. 'Killing Me' and 'Chains' are such good tunes-I don't know why they weren't big radio hits. Two really great UFO albums on one CD.

From: RockDude Date: May 20, 2001 at 20:53
Another good twin set. Nice to see they've finally put out 'Mechanix' on CD. It has some good tunes, and 'Back In My Life' is great.

From: Kobyashi Date: June 2, 2001 at 12:49
Perfecto! 'Mechanix' is often cast aside as a lackluster, when in fact it features nice material. Highly recommended.

geat album of phil mogg and company, this album have a classic and more beautiful power ballad in all music 'Profession Off' hardrock@uol.cl

From: Doug Date: June 15, 2002 at 17:24
'Wild & Willing' is the better of the two albums on this set. Some really good songs on 'Mechanix,' but it's more mainstream than hard rock.

From: Steve T Date: June 24, 2002 at 7:58
WWATI....is a fantastic album and every home should have one. Mechanix, excepting maybe 2 or 3 songs, just sucks I'm sorry to say.

From: Vince Date: April 15, 2003 at 4:43
Great CD! Huge UFO fan here and have all their stuff. Mechanix is a great CD and W,W,I is also great stuff. One of my all time fav UFO songs is 'Feel It' (Mechanix) which you never hear about. Great idea for a double CD. A must for UFO fans!!

From: jaspouille Date: April 19, 2003 at 19:41
all time hard rock klassixs..pure jewel of melodies and great axes attacks.Very high level of songwritting from mrs chapman carter and mogg. You are SOME GODS

From: Great Dane Date: May 8, 2003 at 18:54
Awesome, releases. And without the annoying German clown playing. Eventhough I admit he is good. UFO will always be GODS.

Just got the re-issued Jap version of Mechanix with bonus track 'Heel Of A Stranger'.Still sounds fabulous today as it did back then, and Contains some of then best tracks they ever wrote IMHO, 'Doing It All For You' is a superb track, with a killer chorus and 'The Writer' and 'We Belong To The Night' rock out majestically.Only the dubious cover of Eddie Cochrans 'Somethin else' lets the side down a little. BRILLIANT

From: AOR freaky Date: July 14, 2004 at 16:28
I've also ordered the new Jap version of Mechanix, Jez ! Indeed, it's the best Ufo ever did and The Writer is a brilliant rocker, that I still want to play over and over again !

From: Clemens Lansink Date: November 23, 2004 at 6:59
For me the wild .... is the best ufo album ever. Very powerful, melodic, it fits perfectly together. Of the mechanix album i used to have several songs on tape. I liked this album very much also.
