Wow. PC69 has come back with a great disc. To me, this could have easily come on the heels of Electrified back in '98. While Sonic Dynamite was good, I like Headstrong better. They've returned to what made the "Readman Generation" of the band so special on Electrified. While all of there Readman era discs are good, there is always a bit of filler. I don't feel there is any filler on Headstrong and Alfred and Uwe are shredding! As always, the Dennis Ward production is stellar and David Readman sounds phenomenal. He just may be the best live singer I've ever heard. Would love to be able to see them live someday. 95 / 100 |

Explosive Hard Rocking album by the Pinks!!!...tracks 8,9 & 10 are the ones for me but being honest the whole album smokes real good ....from the live bonus disc tracks 17 & the classic 19 are also in my book.88/100 |

i m not really fan of this band ,so only"intenencity" and "sonic dynamite" (two super records) find grace at my eyes.in this new album track 4 is a killer song a real hit, track 7 an exceptionnal ballad in the vein of the best scorpions s ballads s!!!!!track 2 and 8 are some excellent songs.the other songs are typical of pink cream 69 not really at my taste, but i m sure that pc 69 s fans will love these songs.the japan bonus track is a beautiful acoustic version of the exceptional ballad "vagrant of the night".the second record is a live performance in their country germany.the sound is absoluty perfect.tha best songs for me are tracks 1.6.8 and night.david readman is an excellent singer.strangely i prefer his voice live than in the studio. |
