His voice is in top form and the songs are okay...but zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. C'mon Jack. You're awesome...throw me a couple of upbeat tunes.

This offering from Jack Russell comes as a pleasant surprise. I expected a collection of bluesy hard rock bar-room stompers, but instead, I got something much smoother and, in my opinion, much classier. The tunes have a very melodic air about them and his voice is much better. Despite being much smoother, if you enjoyed Russell's glory days with Great White, you should still find plenty to enjoy here. Recommended.

Me esperaba más, vaya decepción. Si quereis escuchar al mejor Jack Russell pillad el 'Twice shy', 'Hooked' o 'Psycho city' de GREAT WHITE y olvidaos de este disco.

You have to go into this album not expecting Great White, and if you do that it should be an enjoyable experience. Jack does what he wants to do here without trying to please anyone but himself. Sure the upbeat out and out rockers are lacking but as was mentioned in a previous post his voice is in top form, and the songs though mellow are well written, with my favorite track being 'The Best Is Yet to Come'

Excellent description Mr. Tequila!!! I thoroughly enjoy this album. My favorite song is 'For You'....Just absolutely love that song!!! After that I would say 'The Best Is Yet To Come' , 'Any Kind Of Love' and 'Whatever It Takes' are tops for me.

A very good collection of songs. If you want rockers, buy Great White, if you want well written mid-tempo songs, pick this up. Great White fans will find this album enjoyable, I know I do. It is a good cd to put on after a hectic day at the office and are looking to unwind. The key word is unwind, not rock out and get out some aggression but just drift into the music and the voice. Jack has a great voice and it is showcased on this album. Nice work Jack, you need to be commended.

'The best is yet to come' is home to a killer hook and is easily my fave off this CD. Overall, it's a good mellow rock CD and sits well with the latest Great White release.

Un buen disco... No tan roquero como los Great White, sino que con muchos medios tiempos y baladas preciosas como For You... Recomendado para quien disfrute de la voz de Russell. 8/10

Very cool release with a handful of memorable tunes. Nothing here much like Great White but why make a solo album eveyone has already heard or is comfortable with?. A worthy addition to any fan of AOR music.

Amazing! Beautiful heartwarming lyrics and melodies. 10/10!

Canciones tranquilas y semi-acústicas. Este album en solitario del Ex-Great White (De las pocas bandas que no son muy de mi agrado) es bueno y me llevé una grata sorpresa el tenerlo. "For You" es mi canción favorita. "Always" "The Best Is Yet To Come" están muy buenas, al nivel del tremendo tema-título. "No Time Left" y "My Everything" tambien agradan. No esperes temas a lo Great White pues es muy diferente. En Este disco es donde se luce mas la voz de Russell. Buen disco. 8/10
